Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Cusco – Altitude acclimatization and city tour.
Day 2: Sacred Valley warm-up run – Visit Pisac and Ollantaytambo.
Day 3: Long trail run to Maras and Moray – Cultural immersion.
Day 4: Train to Aguas Calientes – Explore Machu Picchu.
Day 5: Free day and transfer back to Cusco.
Day 6: Travel to Arequipa – Light recovery jog along the Chili River.
Day 7: Colca Canyon descent run – Overnight in lodge.
Day 8: Canyon rim run – Thermal bath recovery.
Day 9: Return to Arequipa – Rest and city discovery.
Day 10: Travel to Lima and onward to Huaraz.
Day 11: Acclimatization hike to Lake Wilcacocha.
Day 12: Trail run to Laguna Churup (4,450 m).
