WORKFLOW

1. BLEND SELECTION

The starting point of a custom batch of alpaca accessories & clothing is defining the
composition of the yarn.

You may choose a stock yarn for fast production and permanent availability, or you may choose a custom blend for a very
personalized offering.

2. DESIGN & CUSTOMIZATION

Product Features

Then the knitting structure,
patterns, colours and sizes are
defined.
An entire collection
made to your taste and
commercial savoir.

Packaging

Boxes, tags and labels can be design or just applied.

3. SAMPLES DEVELOPMENT

Yarn Spinning

It takes from 45 to 60 for a custom blend to be spun into yarn.

We recommend develop samples with similar yarns from our stocks.

Knitting and Finishing

It takes around 15 days for
samples to be produced.

4. ORDER PRODUCTION

After the samples are confirmed and all details ammended the production batch is produced.

If the order contains yarns from our stocks it can be knitted withouth much delay.

If yarns are custom blended a period of time is also required to make the yarns.
